Pricing terms & conditions

These terms describe the student-capacity model on this website. They do not change any existing school’s current licence until that school renews or upgrades with us.

Billing period: Klassena Complete is billed annually for the purchased student capacity.
GST: Displayed prices are exclusive of applicable GST. The GST amount is not calculated on this page until the applicable rate is confirmed.
Minimum billing: The minimum paid capacity is 100 students.
Capacity upgrades: Additional capacity is purchased in increments of 50 students (for example 200 → 250 → 300 → 350). Arbitrary sizes such as 225 or 275 are not offered.
Capacity measurement: Purchased capacity is the maximum number of students the school is licensed to manage — not necessarily current active enrolment.
Messaging charges: SMS and WhatsApp messaging charges are extra and are not included in the ERP subscription fee. Charges depend on the messaging service provider, message type, destination, and actual usage. Applicable provider charges and taxes may apply.
Payment and activation: Free plan signup is self-serve at app.klassena.com. Klassena Complete is activated after our team confirms payment with you. This website does not process subscription payments or auto-activate paid schools.
Feature availability: Klassena Complete includes production-ready ERP modules listed on this site. Roadmap items such as health records, discipline, live bus GPS, and iOS apps are labelled coming soon and are not billed as live features.
Mobile apps: The Free plan is web ERP only. Teacher, parent, admin, and student Android apps are included with Klassena Complete. iOS is on the roadmap.
Support and onboarding: Support is available by email, phone, and WhatsApp as listed on this website. We do not promise unlimited support, free training, or custom development on this page. Rollout help for paid schools is arranged when you subscribe.
Fair use and third-party services: SMS, WhatsApp Business Platform, email, and other third-party services may have their own terms, availability, and usage limits. Provider fees and taxes are billed separately where applicable.

Common questions

Is the Free plan really free?: Yes. You get core web ERP for up to 100 students and 20 staff on a 365-day plan — no credit card. Mobile apps, extra modules, and higher student capacity are on Klassena Complete.
How is Klassena Complete priced?: Annually, by purchased student capacity. 100–300 students: ₹70 per student per year. 301–500: ₹60. 501 and above: ₹50. The rate for your band applies to the entire capacity — it is not progressive slab pricing. Prices exclude GST. Use the calculator on this page for the annual list price; it does not generate a payable quote or activate a subscription.
Can I upgrade from Free later?: Yes. Your school data stays in the same ERP when you move from Free to Klassena Complete. Talk to sales to set capacity and activate the paid plan after payment is confirmed.
Are SMS and WhatsApp included?: No. SMS, WhatsApp Business Platform, and other third-party messaging charges are extra. They depend on the provider, message type, destination, and actual usage. Provider fees and taxes may apply. Klassena does not advertise unlimited messaging.
Which modules are on which plan?: Free includes core web ERP: admissions and enquiry CRM, students, employees, fees, attendance, homework, timetable, exams, calendar, communication, reports, and school setup. Klassena Complete includes all production-ready modules plus Android apps. Roadmap items (health records, discipline, live bus GPS, iOS) are marked coming soon.
