- What is Klassena?
- Klassena is a Smart School ERP for Indian schools — web ERP for your office plus mobile apps for teachers and parents. Admissions, fees, library, hostel, payroll, attendance, exams, and communication in one platform.
- Who is Klassena for?
- Preschools, primary, and K-12 schools — single-campus schools and growing groups. Owners, administrators, teachers, and parents each get role-based access.
- Is Klassena a product of Webface?
- Yes. Klassena is built and supported by Webface, an IT company focused on practical software for education institutions.
Plans & pricing
- Is the Free plan really free?
- Yes — web ERP for up to 100 students and 20 staff on a 365-day plan, no credit card. Mobile apps and extra modules are on Klassena Complete, priced by student capacity. See Pricing.
- Can I upgrade later without losing data?
- Yes. Your school data stays in the same ERP when you move from Free to Klassena Complete.
- What are the two plans?
- Free is web ERP for up to 100 students for 365 days. Klassena Complete includes all live modules and Android apps, billed annually by purchased student capacity (from ₹70 / ₹60 / ₹50 per student). Prices exclude GST. SMS and WhatsApp are extra.

- How many modules are live today?
- 33 modules are live in Klassena web ERP — including admission CRM, inventory, library, hostel, payroll, preschool, leave, academic calendar, and form builder. 3 more, including live bus GPS, health records, and discipline, are on the roadmap.
- Which modules are included on Free?
- Core web ERP on the Free plan includes admissions and enquiry CRM, students, employees, fees, attendance, homework, timetable, exams, calendar, communication, reports, print templates, and school setup. Library, hostel, transport, inventory, payroll, preschool, and mobile apps are on Klassena Complete — see Pricing.
- Are mobile apps included in Free?
- No. Teacher, parent, admin, and student Android apps are included with Klassena Complete. iOS is on our roadmap.
- Does web ERP and mobile share the same data?
- Yes. One database — when a teacher marks attendance or the office collects a fee, parents see updates on mobile without duplicate entry.

- How do I get started?
- Sign up free at app.klassena.com — register your school, complete setup, and import students from Excel. Our team can help with rollout on Klassena Complete.

- Do you help with data import?
- Yes. Bulk student import from Excel is built in. For larger migrations or multi-campus rollout, contact us for guided onboarding.
