What is Klassena?: Klassena is a Smart School ERP for Indian schools — web ERP for your office plus mobile apps for teachers and parents. Admissions, fees, attendance, homework, exams, and communication in one platform.
Who is Klassena for?: Preschools, primary, and K-12 schools — single-campus schools and growing groups. Owners, administrators, teachers, and parents each get role-based access.
Is Klassena a product of Webface?: Yes. Klassena is built and supported by Webface, an IT company focused on practical software for education institutions.

Is the Free plan really free?: Yes — web ERP for up to 100 students and 20 staff for one year, no credit card. Mobile apps are on School, Campus, and Group plans. Contact us for paid plan pricing.
Can I upgrade later without losing data?: Yes. Your school data stays in the same ERP when you move from Free to School, Campus, or Group.
What are the four plans?: Free (web only), School (teacher + parent apps), Campus (all apps + transport), and Group (full catalog + multi-campus). See the Pricing page for limits.

Which modules are included on Free?: Core web ERP: admissions, students, fees, attendance, homework, timetable, exams, communication, reports, print templates, and school setup.
Are mobile apps included in Free?: No. Teacher and parent mobile apps start from the School plan. Android is available today; iOS is on our roadmap.
Does web ERP and mobile share the same data?: Yes. One database — when a teacher marks attendance or the office collects a fee, parents see updates on mobile without duplicate entry.

How do I get started?: Sign up free at app.klassena.com — register your school, complete setup, and import students from Excel. Our team can help with rollout on paid plans.

Do you help with data import?: Yes. Bulk student import from Excel is built in. For larger migrations or multi-campus rollout, contact us for guided onboarding.
